I had to send my order back, and the refund did eventually come through. I don’t remember every detail of the back-and-forth, but I do remember it feeling slower than I expected. Support did reply, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. It worked out in the end, so it was okay overall, but the process could definitely be a bit smoother.

I got this for my dad because he’s a big foie gras fan, and after seeing a few positive comments from other people, I figured it was a safe pick. I ordered from hudsonvalleyfoiegras.com and... yeah, I actually thought the price was fair for what I got. The quality was really good, and the portions were a little better than I expected. Shipping wasn’t too bad either. It’s definitely not cheap food, but for the quality and amount, it felt worth it. I’d order again.

This turned out better than I expected. Everything arrived when it was supposed to, and it was genuinely tasty. Weirdly, I remember the box had this tiny scuff on one corner, but everything inside was totally fine. No complaints from me

Yeah, support got back to me quickly, but that doesn’t make up for the hassle they caused in the first place. I shouldn’t have had to reach out because of their mistake.

The box arrived still very cold, the ice packs were solid, and everything inside felt properly chilled. No leaks, no soft spots, nothing sketchy at all. it was straightforward and exactly what I needed, so I don’t really see what there’d be to complain about. 5 stars from me.

I ordered this on Monday and somehow it was already at my door by Wednesday, it was still packed cold and everything looked totally fine, which surprised me because I figured it would take longer but the whole delivery went really smoothly and I didn’t have any issues at all.

Hudson Valley Foie Gras had a good selection overall. I liked that there were different cuts and sizes, so I could just pick what made sense for what I needed without overthinking it too much, which I apprciated.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they had a few more bundle options, or maybe some smaller sampler-type choices. Still, the site was easy to browse and I did find what I was looking for quick.
